Chain plate closed type tire mobile ship loading machine (loading efficiency 300t/h～2000t/h), this type of ship loading machine is mostly used for ship loading operations like clinker, mineral powder and other materials with relatively large dust. The chain plate machine is fully enclosed type with dust removal system; the driving method is diesel power drive + external power drive. The head boom can be tilted (±15°) and rotated (±15°), the head skid can be retracted, and the carriage walking wheel can be rotated 180° (this type of shiploader can also be made fixed, i.e. fixed directly on the quay).
This type of ship loader is more flexible, it can be tire mobile, crawler mobile, track mobile and other mobile methods. The drive mode is oil and electric mixed drive (according to the actual situation of the project site, any one drive mode), will not occupy the berth for a long time, loading efficiency 200t/h ~ 3500t/h. Can be loaded and unloaded materials for grain, yellow sand, stone, clinker, ore, mineral powder, chemical raw materials and other bulk materials (according to the project environmental requirements, material loading and unloading can be closed, open and other ways of operation). However, the materials of this type of shiploader cannot be mixed, among which the loading and unloading of clinker and chemical raw materials have high requirements on conveyor belt and steel structure, which should be anticorrosive and temperature resistant (resistant to ≤150° high temperature, or -30° low temperature state of material loading and unloading operations) requirements! Therefore, this type of ship loading machine has higher requirements for loading and unloading materials.
